Okay the good, it really does hold you in! Standing up I felt like a supermodel and my c-section pouch was not notiecable whatsoever. But a couple things to think about – it is pretty tight at the leg opening and if you’re on the shorter side like me (5’3″), it did bunch when I sat down (see pic above) and was a bit uncomfortable.
