Let’s start this off by saying by no means am I a beauty expert! (I laughed out loud typing that because it is truuuuuuuue) BUT! Like many of you, I am a busy mom of two young kids who has very little time to do all the things to care of myself. But through some trial and error, I was able to put together a super quick makeup routine that not only works wonders for my extremely sensitive skin but also leaves me feeling beautiful and ready to tackle the day. So I wanted to share what has worked for me in case any of it transfers into your daily life and can help you feel a little bit more like you in the morning.

: Merit Minimalist Foundation Stick in Dune and Blending Brush – FOUND! A lightweight foundation that doesn’t look cake-y but still provides coverage. I followed the color finder on the website and it worked well but Merit also has wonderful customer service in case you try it and it doesn’t work.
: Merit Blush – Cheeky is my daily but if I want something more subtle I use Stockholm and if I want more dramatic I go with Apres.
: Merit Bronze Balm in Clay – fresh and subtle on my chin line, under my cheekbones, sides of my nose, and forehead. I had quince previously but I could barely see it so that color was a pass.
: Merit Day Glow Highlighter in Cava – above my blush then swipe on my forehead, down my nose, on my chin, and below my eyebrows.
: Merit Solo Shadow in Studio and Eyeshadow Brush – I also have this compact set that I use if I’m going out or want something more dramatic
: Merit Signature Lightweight Lipstick in Millennial – this is my daily go to but they also recently came out with matte color options I’m itching to try. I did try their lip oil and it was a no for me, I found it very sticky, and they refunded it no problem.
: Clinique Lash Building Primer and High Impact Mascara – As a natural blonde my eyelashes are WHITE so mascara is huge for me. But I’ve had issues with it irritating my eyes in the past so this primer and this mascara are my ride or die.
: Anastasia Perfect Brow Pencil in Blonde and Clear Brow Gel – I have zero pigment in my eyebrows so this pencil is a life saver and this clear brow gel sets it in for the entire day.
: Gucci Flora Perfume – Gardenia transports me into a calm and beautiful place and I’m obsessed! I also alternate with this one.
