As you know I’ve worked hard over the last few years getting my closet to a place where I absolutely adore everything inside of it. So really every outfit I share is a favorite! But there’s always those few that stand out, that feel like the best version of me and the person I’m finally allowing myself to be.

And they all have a common threads ~ classic color and patterns that stand the test of time, elevated styles that don’t sacrifice comfort and always with something a bit unexpected. So take a look! Which one is your favorite???

Oh my gosh I just want to live in ALL OF THIS. The white tee is what makes it all work together, giving relief from the subtle pattern mixing from the stripe shoes/shorts and the patterned sweater.

Cool & calm but still brings the fun. The tote is unexpected but it works! Should we start the unexpected bag theory???

It’s going to get hot again here this week and I’ll be repeating all. of. these! It’s such a simple outfit but the scallop detail on the gingham shorts paired with a subtle floral on the top, then layering in texture with the straw bag and jelly flats makes it different and fun. Then threw in the subtle resin ring stack for something unexpected.

Super simple and comfortable but the unexpected sandals & necklace make this one a favorite!

The dress does all the talking! Was on vacation so paired it with the classics I always have in my suitcase and it was perfect.

Felt so happy and fun in this! Subtle patten play going on here with the horizontal stripes of the flag with the wider vertical of the shorts. Also a great example of the 3 color rule! Here it’s pink, blue & yellow. Then finished with better than basic neutrals in the brown shoe & bag.

A matching set is so easy but I try to make sure there is something special about it – a color, a pattern, a material. Here it’s an breezy summer seersucker combined with a classic yet playful fisherman jelly sandal.
