Shhh….No One Will Know
I have a secret. Most days in Fall and Winter I start my outfits off with a shaping cami. Not because I need it to make me look a certain way (even thought it does a beautiful job creating a smoothed out look) but because it feels like a warm hug comfortably holding me in while also keeping me cozy warm.
But coming into this past Fall I noticed mine were in desperate need of a refresh. So I set out on a hunt to find a replacement and was coming up short. A thong bodysuit has its place but it’s not an everyday wear for me personally. I didn’t want a full bodysuit. And I didn’t want to break the bank since I knew I wanted to buy two or three.
I eventually found this one and with an under-$30 price tag I thought I’d give it a go. And when it came, I immediately bought a couple more.
Why I Love It
It looks and feels 3x more expensive than it is. It washes incredibly well and holds it shape. Yes it comes in neutrals but it’s also available in COLOR which seems to be rare for some reason in the shapewear world. It’s a pull on style so it’s easy to get on. Use the size chart but I did size down to a small and it’s a comfortable fit. It’s also on the longer side for me but I’m only 5’3″ so the small works better for me there too. And it doesn’t scream shapewear when you wear it, just a cute layering tank that happens to hold you in.
