Stripes are a wardrobe staple and my love for them runs deep. Whether it’s a classic ticking stripe, a bold color, or an easy layer – they’re some of the most worn pieces in my closet. Easily layer them with solid colors or florals, but don’t rule out piecing together a stripes on stripes look! I know it can seem intimidating but the key to layering stripes is to vary either the width, the direction, or the color. Simple, right? Here are four examples using cold weather outfits to spark your creativity and gain the confidence to try a classic look that’s bursting with joyful personality.
