Jan 24

Outfit Details:

Adidas Sneakers // Navy Ribbed Trouser Socks // Reformation Denim // Belt (similar) // Stripe Turtleneck (also available in other colors here) // Stripe Cream Sweater (thrifted, similar here, here, here) // Sweet Cinnamon Lipstick // My Favorite Perfume

The idea of winter white is so beautiful and romantic. Why would anyone ever say you can’t wear it after Labor Day?!?! (insert shaking my head emoji) Now I’ll be honest, even in Summer if I know I’m going to be playing with the kids I shy away from white for obvious reasons. But other than that it’s a go! Adding it in a traditionally winter style like a turtleneck is not only easy to style but will keep the look from looking to “Summer”. This navy stripe option is a favorite (available also in 5 solid color options here) – the thicker ribbed material is incredible quality and not at all see through, almost like a thin sweater. Here are 2 ways I’m styling it for everyday life…

Look 1: Keep It Simple

A simple white and navy stripe turtleneck paired with wide leg denim and sneakers is easy to throw on and comfortable to wear. The cinnamon lipstick ties in the pink shoes and adds depth while the tortoise hoop earrings keep it playful and fun.

Look 2: Pair White With Cream

A cream sweater both elevates and adds a touch of warmth to pure white. Wear it casually draped over the shoulder or layered over the turtleneck with the sleeves pushed up. Mine is a thrift store find but this embroidered sweater is a favorite as well as this cardigan, this camel stripe, and this cable knit option.
